Abstract
Three years before the presidential election in Chile is already running a candidate race. Each of the candidates chooses the most sophisticated ways of coming to power. Minister Joaquin Lavin decided to inflict a crushing blow to his rivals and announced intention to hold an unprecedented educational reform.
