- Abstract
- The article examines the activities of Cuba in the international arena to solve the health problems of the third World countries. The main focus is on such a form of international assistance as medical missions. The history of the development of medical missions in Cuba is traced. The importance of the Cuban medical science, its contribution to the solution of global problems in the field of health care is shown.
