Abstract

The article presents the results of 35-year research on the shift form of labor organization in geological expeditions and oil and gas enterprises of the Arctic and circumpolar regions. The article analyzes the causes of interpersonal conflicts in shift teams, the impact of non-traditional forms of life on family relations of employees, factors that determine people's attitudes to shift work, etc.
