THE INFLUENCE OF A TRAINER’S ACTIVITY STYLE ON A SPORTSMAN’S STYLE AND ACHIEVEMENTS

Abstract

Methods of training and upbringing that have diverse influence of sportsmen with different psychophysiological features are considered. It is noted that in wrestlers the formation of an activity style that is typical for low excitation level of nervous system («wick» type) promotes: higher achievements for all subjects, while the formation of so called «strong» style of wrestling improves the results only in persons with «strong» nervous system, since in persons with «wick» type a physical and psychological oppression is observed. The conclusion is that both beginners and experienced trainers achieve the best results with the sportsmen who has the same psychophysiological features or activity style as the trainers themselves.
