- Political leadership as a phenomenon of political life in Africa is developing in a complex and highly unusual circumstances. That is why the practice of political leadership is different here multifaceted and contradictory.The participants have discussed the common problems associated with this phenomenon and analyzed the activity of both the existing concrete political leaders as well as the activity of those who have already gone from the political arena of Africa.
