Abstract
Having joined the WNO China has developed its environmental legislation aimed at expansion of international environmental cooperation, preservation of biodiversity, genetic resources and biotechnology. Peking has also created a platform for patents trading and trading with various forms of intellectual property rights in accordance with WTO requirements.
