- Abstract
- The Arabs have a wonderful saying: bush bloomed, but spring has not come. It means that there is something you have long dreamed of and hoped for has not realized. The so-called «Arab Spring», which assumed economic growth and the rise of living standards failed to bring the expected results. To understand this phenomenon one should consider the characteristics of the political culture of the Arabs.
