- Abstract
- The concept of national reconciliation was the strategy in the political discourse in Zimbabwe and Namibia after independence and in South Africa after democratization. The aim was to avoid a civil war, which endured neighbor countries Angola and Mozambique after these two countries have got independence.According to the author reconciliation, which is limited with harmonizing of relations between blacks and whites and between the new government and the capital, is not sufficient. Reconciliation must ensure fundamental right of access to natural resources for black majority which was previously deprived of that right and guarantee economic prosperity of indigenous people.
