- Abstract
- The article is depicting Indian popular resort Goa. The Russians come here to spend their holidays, some of them catch Goa-syndrome and return repeatedly every year or stay there forever. There are several ways for such persons to earn their living or even to begin business, though illegally. The author stresses complicated relations existing now between the Russians and local population and the attitude of Indian authorities to penetration of Russian mafia to Goa.
