- Abstract
“Coronavirus disease 2019” (abbreviated as “COVID-19”) is a topic that has seized the minds and absorbed the attention of everything on the planet, prompting us to begin to rethink the scale of priorities of values and the order of things of human life. It seems that not a single object or phenomenon has remained, the edges of which would not have been thoroughly discussed by knowledgeable, and not so, thinkers of various stripes through the prism of insidious, unrecognized ailments or in connection with it.
The theme of the presidential election and the malice of the day - health care - has become entwined as never before in a single ball, becoming like the Siamese twins. And this is understandable, because what is happening – seriously and with many unknowns, has not been studied by science, despite the fact that payment is already terrifying today - people's lives that disappear in a short period of time are reflected in “soulless” statistics per day.
“Americans are now experiencing the worst pandemic of the century and the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression. At every turn, President Donald Trump exacerbated crises. If someone else had been president in December 2019 – Hillary Clinton, Jeb Bush-less Americans would have met an untimely death; fewer Americans would be unemployed now; fewer enterprises would go to bankruptcy” is an alarming, accusatory and fairly typical reaction to what is currently happening in the United States. The question remains: to what extent does this point of view fully reflect the archaeological situation in the country, aggravated by the coronavirus pandemic, which is colored by a global nature.
