Abstract
The main issue of the article are the geopolitical changes in the Western Hemisphere in the beginning of this century. Special attention is paid to the regrouping of the forces, the appearance of a new state formations that change the political map of the region. This process acquire the character of conflict and lead to serious modifications in this region of world.
