Abstract
The vice-minister for Africa of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela was interviewed by our correspondent in Caracas The interview was dated to the end of his duty in the present charge, to the opening of the Institute of strategic research of Africa, created by R. Bolivar, and to the series of revolutions that shacked the north of the region.
