- Abstract
- The article analyzes new phenomena in the sphere of foreign economic relations of the region. Special attention is paid to the rapid expansion of China's economic position in Latin America. Serious changes in external and internal factors have predetermined the development of a new economic strategy - a model of economic modernization, which is designed to replace the current Latin American version of the policy of socially oriented economic development.
