Abstract
The article analyzes the scantily explored problems of strategic communication of China in Latin America. Special attention is given to key messages of the leadership of China to the countries of the region, to the practice of public diplomacy, competitive advantages and possible risks of strategic communication of that country taking into account the Stratcom of other powers in Latin America.
