Abstract
The review examines the monograph of the Bulgarian researcher Kirill Shopov, devoted to the analysis of the domestic and foreign policy of modern Brazil. The book shows the main stages of the evolution of the country's policy against the background of the international situation and domestic development over a long historical period-from the military regime of 1964-1985 to the beginning of the presidency of Dilma Rousseff.
