- Abstract
The essay is devoted the activity of extraordinary ambassador Napoleon III in Russia in 1856-1857 Charles de Morny. In the essay are investigated relations of France and Russia after the Crimean war, when in relations of these countries has begun appreciable warming thanks to ascent on the Russian throne of Emperor Alexander II.
