- Abstract
- On the basis of Russian and foreign archives of documents, as well as domestic and foreign historiography the history of emergence and development of the institute of war reparations is studied. The article analyzes the development of purposes and plans of war reparation policy by powers “Big Three” in relation to Germany and the reasons for its failure.
