Abstract
The second part of the article analyses the problems of automobile industry and highways, sea ports and inland waterways, of air and pipeline transport. Due to the purposeful development of transport complex during 30 years of reforms China managed to take the first place in the world in container handling facilities' production and container transportation, became the second largest country in terms of highway length and the air passenger turnover. Today the city of Shanghai is the world largest sea port (simultaneously it is rated as the sixth world airport). Transportanion development is financed by state budget combining with usage of financial and market oriented mechanism. The success of transportation development in PRC clearly testifies to the flexibility of Chinese anti-crisis strategy.
