- Abstract
- The article analyzes the results of research on the presence of violence in modern schools, which give an idea of the extent of its spread in various forms: verbal violence, vandalism, physical violence, actions against teachers, etc. Family problems and the quality of parent-child relations in the study are an important factor determining the behavior of children in the extra-family space. Based on a survey of Nizhny Novgorod schoolchildren, their style of relations with their parents is described. A link has been established between successful/dysfunctional practices of parent-child relationships and the transformation of students into both aggressors and victims of violence.
