Abstract
In the article the results of research conducted by the Fund "Altai-21 century", "Social engagement: initiatives and conflict project"; the main problems of interviewing representatives of the local community: the community of "civilian experts", the socially active person, the informal leader, his social status, lifestyle orientation, perception of conflict projects the local population and vision out of the current ecological situation.
