Abstract
Modern versions of the tradition established By G. Simmel to consider human relationships as the subject of sociology are shown. These are network theory ("relational sociology“) and actor-network theory. Under the influence of the " cultural turn” in these sociological theories, similarities and differences are revealed, and it becomes possible to bring both approaches closer together.
