Abstract
The article analyzes the reasons for the changing ratio of integration and disintegration potential of the practices of interaction between the host society and labor migrants on a national and regional scale, as well as the impact of modern migration policy in Russia, the practices of employers and diasporas on this process. Some directions of counteraction to the growing influence of disintegration processes are outlined.
