Abstract

The paper presents the results of observations, performed by participated psychologist, of official negotiations (January—March, 1993) on settlement of conflict between Ingush Republic and North-Oseiian Republic. The author concentrates mainly on organizational, procedural and processual aspects of negotiations, as well as on their psychological content.
