Abstract

It was shown that copyright protection for those who elaborate psychodiagnostic tests is one of the conditions of equal in rights international collaboration. Criteria of this protection are proposed for psychodiagnostic techniques as a kind of intellectual property. An example of the protection of a technigue at the Institute of State Patent Expertise is given; the psychodiagnostic technique is realized with the help of a technical apparatus.
