Abstract

The concepts of the political socialization and of the political development are discussed. A new conception of the personality political development is suggested. The development process has three aspects: the psychological aspect which includes inner subjective conditions of political attitudes formation; the socio-psychological aspect-reflecting the part played in the process by different «agents of the society»; and the aspect-substancially political which represents the dynamic result of the process. The interaction of the three aspects is analyzed through the three age stages of the political development process.
