- Abstract
- The dynamics of linguistic development of the population of Volga region is analyzed. The stable strengthening of Russian language position is demonstrated as well as some decrease in participating of titular ethnic groups to their native languages. The idea of designing of Russian Charter of regional (republican) languages and ethnic minorities languages is proposed.
