- “Meat in peranakski”. What can you say the phrase ordinary tourist, not versed in the wisdom of Malaysian cuisine. Meat in the African, Kazakh meat, meat in French - is more or less clear. But the meat in peranakski seems at first glance some gobbledygook, but behind it there is a whole culture. And this phrase, of course, needs to be clarified. This is what we tell our readers.
