- Abstract
- The article shows the evolution of the French policy in Africa during two last decades in the light of bilateral agreements in defense field between the French Republic and the states of Tropical Africa. The relevance of this publication is determined by the fact that in the 2000s the new form of agreements were signed between France and the countries of the region in the 2000s and also due to the military operations carried out in the Republic of Cote d’Ivoire and in the Central African Republic.
