- Abstract
- The article describes Italian-Libyan relations in 20082016, characterizes Italian position in international relationship and its influence on Italian actions in Libya. In addition, article describes positions of Italian political parties on the Libyan issue. Author reviews reasons of Libyan fragmentation after fall of Gaddafi, and role of Italy in international efforts for a cease-fire in Libya and formation of government of national unity.
