September 30, 2015 marks the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations with the Republic of Korea. That day in New York the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the USSR and of the Republic of Korea (ROK) signed a joint communiquй on the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
