- Abstract
- At the 4th session of the National People's Congress of the 12th convocation (March 2016) by decision of the 5th Plenum of the CPC Central Committee (October 2015) was approved. According to that decision by 2020 China should double the gross domestic product and indicators of GDP per capita as compared with 2010 indicators. A goal was set to build in China a “xiaokang” (small welfare) society by 2020. In order to achieve this objective indicative of the 13th five-year plan (2016-2020) have been proposed, according to which GDP in China should be 80 trillion yuan, and GDP per capita - about 60,000 yuan (about $ 9230 at the current rate) by 2020, ie, increase by half compared with 2010.
