Abstract
A monograph by A.A.Arhangelskaya «Foreign policy of the democratic Republic of South Africa» (Moscow, Institute for African Studies, Russian Academy of Sciences, 2012, 264 p.). It’s devoted to highly actual problem: RSA is one of the leading African countries, uncontested regional leader on the continent, the country which plays more and more increasing role on the world stage. This is largely due to the fact that at the BRIC summit of 2011 held in China, South Africa became a member of this group, thereby adding the last letter to the acronym - BRICS.
