- Abstract
- Article is devoted to consideration of existing mechanisms of regulation of water problems in the basin of Mekong river. The role of Mekong River Commission is analized. The special attention is paid to the influence of the Chinese projects on development of hydropower projects of the Lower Mekong. The complex of the problems connected with usage of water resources is considered in this paper. The article deals in detail with complicated interdependence of a number of branches, linked with river’s system: fishery, hydropower and agrarian sphere.
