Abstract
In recent years, small and medium enterprises in Japan pay more and more attention to quality management of products and services. This paper describes in particular features and practical experience of qualified management tools used in small and medium-sized enterprises. Those of them which take a course on the development of advanced technologies produce original and even unique products.
