- Abstract
- This article aims to carry out a comparative historical analysis of personal pronouns, as well as personal verb and nominal indicators in the languages of the African Kwa family and to propose a hypothesis for the reconstruction of the proto-linguistic system of facial indicators. The study involves data from about fifty Kwa languages, an external comparison is made with the languages of the closely related family of Benue-Congo languages and other families that are part of the Niger-Congolese macrofamily.
