- The book review is devoted to Predator Nation. Corporate Criminals, Political Corruption, and the Hijacking of America by Charles H. Ferguson. Barak Obama’s financial reform is analyzed. The reform does not solve all problems of capital markets, but the picture of American politics given by Ch. Ferguson is very biased. Under the circumstances, Democrats are trying to reverse the path R. Reagan, G.H. Bush and G.W. Bush had set.
