Abstract

The problem of speech influence was studied using protocols of parliamentary discussions. The ratio of content and social tactics of influence in speech was analyzed. The special technique was elaborated to separate various ways of the speech influence. Dependence of influence tactics from political position of a parliamentarian (conservatism — radicalism.) and from the stage of discussion was found.
